Setting us apart from traditional pharmacy models is our integration of a full-service complementary healthcare clinic. Working alongside conventional medicines, our clinic services focus on holistic and personalised treatment protocols, empowering and supporting our clients in achieving optimal health.

Who we are

We are a team of qualified and experienced practitioners in the fields of Nutritional Medicine, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Kinesiology, and Remedial Massage. Harmony Wellness Clinic practitioners work together to create specialised programs that consider the synergy of body systems in creating your healthcare plan.

What to expect

An initial consultation with one of our practitioners will start with a comprehensive case taking interview that explores your medical status, diet, environment, mental wellbeing, and physical activity. Your practitioner may utilise investigations such as, zinc tally, BIA, Food detective, Urinalysis, among others.

You will leave the consultation with an in-depth diagnosis and an individualised treatment plan that may involve a combination of dietary therapies, supplements, herbal tonics, and lifestyle suggestions.

What is Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)?

BIA is a science that was originally developed for monitoring patients after surgery in a hospital setting. Your Practitioner will connect leads to your hands and feet and pass a low voltage electrical current through your body. This is safe and painless, and provides your Practitioner with insight into aspects of your health such as how much fat and muscle that you have in your body. BIA can also help your Practitioner to monitor your cellular health and energy levels.

What is a Zinc Tally test?

Zinc Taste Test provides a quick and reliable clinical test for the assessment of zinc status. By using the oral Zinc Taste Test to determine the need for zinc, and retesting after 30 days of supplementation, one can not only determine zinc requirements, but also monitor the patient to be sure they are properly absorbing their zinc.
>An Australian study found that 85% of women and 65% of men do not receive the RDA for zinc in their diets.

What is Food Detective?

Food Detective™ is a blood test for food antibodies (IgG) that can be conveniently used in the clinic of a health professional. You don’t have to send off a sample and wait weeks to receive results from a testing laboratory. A small blood sample is taken from a finger-prick and added to a testing tray that shows if the patient has IgG antibodies to areas spotted with food protein extracts.
