Booking & Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment. If you would like to reschedule or cancel your booking please provide at least 24hrs notice so that we may offer this time to another client.  Should you not arrive for your appointment a cancellation fee of 75% will apply. Gift vouchers are automatically void without notice.  Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment the treatment time we have reserved for you will be reduced and the full treatment amount will still apply.

Stock availability

We endeavour to keep everything on our Online Shop in stock so we can supply your order ASAP. If for any reason, out of our control, we cannot supply a product immediately, we will contact you to advise of the next availability, or of a suitable alternative. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order. See shipping selection for further details.

Online Refunds

We ask for you to choose carefully when making online purchases, as unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds for purchases made at the online store. Certain products and supplements need to be stored at particular temperatures, and we pride ourselves on our high level of quality control. If you have not purchased the item before or are not sure if it is suitable for you, please feel free to contact us directly as we are more than happy to provide assistance. We appreciate your understanding.

Which practitioner is right for me?

We are happy for you to contact us directly if you would like some assistance in understanding which practitioner may be the most suitable for you. However, we do have great confidence in our entire team and are confident that whomever you choose will be able to provide you with experienced health solutions.

Privacy Policy

All credit card transactions are processed securely. The security and confidentiality of your credit card details is of paramount importance to us. Credit card details are not available to our employees and no information regarding customers and their purchases is passed to any third party.
